Before becoming a coach, he went through his own complete health transformation, losing over 100 pounds and rebuilding both his body and confidence from the ground up. He knows what it feels like to start without clarity, without confidence, and without a roadmap—and what it takes to move forward anyway.

Kryptonian Muscle was built from that place.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, intimidated, and unsure where to start. I also know what it feels like to push through that and come out stronger on the other side.
