  • Not at all. Coaching is designed for real people at every starting point. We meet you where you are and build from there—safely, thoughtfully, and at a pace that makes sense for your life.

  • Both. Coaching options include in-person training at Output Performance in St. Louis, online coaching, or a combination of the two. We’ll talk through what works best for your schedule and goals.

  • We work with busy professionals, active adults, and athletes who want to feel stronger, move better, and have more energy—without spending endless hours in the gym.
    Many clients are balancing demanding careers, families, or returning to training later in life.

  • We start with a simple conversation.
    You’ll share your goals, schedule, and challenges, and we’ll determine whether coaching is the right fit. From there, we’ll outline next steps—no pressure, no expectations.
