Meridith’s Story

Busy Professional

From frustrated and stuck to strong, confident, and consistent.

Meridith’s Story

  • When Meridith began training, she knew she wanted to lose weight—but more than that, she wanted guidance she could trust.

She had tried exercising before, but without a clear plan or support around nutrition, progress felt slow and frustrating. Like many people, she found that workouts alone weren’t enough—and the missing piece was understanding how nutrition fit into the bigger picture.

What she needed wasn’t just harder workouts.
She needed a coach who could see the full picture.

    • Lose weight and body fat in a sustainable way

    • Improve body composition, not just the scale

    • Build strength and muscle

    • Stay motivated and consistent long-term

    • Make workouts enjoyable—not something to dread

  • Meridith’s coaching focused on both training and nutrition, working together instead of separately.

Workouts were designed to be challenging without becoming repetitive—constantly evolving to keep things engaging, effective, and fun. Strength training was paired with thoughtful conditioning, while nutrition coaching provided clarity around fueling for fat loss without extremes or confusion.

Throughout the process, Nick emphasized motivation, education, and accountability—helping Meridith stay consistent while still enjoying the journey.

    • 23 lbs lost

    • 16 inches of fat lost

    • 7 inches of muscle gained

    • 5% body fat reduced

    • Increased strength, confidence, and consistency

    • A better understanding of how training and nutrition work together

“Nick is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of personal training and fitness, including nutrition. It’s really helpful to have someone understand the nutrition aspect for weight loss instead of only focusing on the exercises.

His workouts are never boring, and he always finds ways to make them both harder and more fun.

He is a motivating coach and will always support you to reach your goals.”
