TJ’s Story

TJ had already completed a massive 100lbs weight loss journey when he came to me about getting stronger on the barbell, he had a great base to start and understand the fundamentals just needed more guidance.

Since TJ had a great base with the big 3 on the barbell, we tested his 1 Rep Max Test (1RM) on Squat, Bench, Deadlift. That way we have some solid numbers and I could see where form broke down in each lift and add in movements that help with strengthen those specific movements

TJ became the strongest dentist I know (I know because he’s my dentist).
Results:
35lbs Added to Squat (365 to 400)
15lbs Added to Bench (265 to 280)
40lbs Added to Deadlfit (495 to 535)
Kept his body fat and weight down while getting stronger
