Ryan’s Story

  • Ryan has been a athlete his whole life from (football, lacrosse, hockey) he wanted a new challenge. He had a great understanding of the big 3 already but wanted to dive in a bit more and do as a sanctioned powerlifting meet! He new he needed a bit more help so came to us to help program him and run his numbers/attempts.

    • Gain Strength to be competitive in a Sanctioned Powerlifting meet performing lifts in Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.

    • Improve body composition

    • Build strength and muscle

    • Stay in set weight class of (90kg/198lbs)

  • Since Ryan had a good understanding of the big 3 already, we tested his 1 Rep Max’s in Squat, Bench, Deadlift. Then I built a progressive overload program with accessories movements that help aide the primary lift along with strength and conditioning drills.

    • 30lbs added to total at a Sanctioned Powerlifting Meet (USPA)

    • 10lbs loss

    • Improved form in the big 3 lifts

“Nick was my coach for a Powerlifting meet I was doing in June 2019. He helped me fix my form in a few areas that needed improvement. Let me tell you, what a difference a few adjustments can do to your strength. Nick helped me add 30lbs to my total while I lost 10lbs in body weight! Nick really know his mechanics and how nutriton along with a regular training schedule can boost your strength while losing body weight!
