Zach’s Story

I’ve known Zach since high school as a great friend, he always been into lifting, but after high school “life happened” out of shape, eating fast food 70% of the time, busy professional/husband with a son on the way! He also suffered an unfortunate hernia surgery that the doctors never told him to “lift heavy again”.

Since Zach had a good understanding of the big 3 already, we tested his 1 Rep Max’s in Squat, Bench, Deadlift. Then I built a progressive overload program with accessories movements that help aide the primary lift along with strength and conditioning drills.

Never had any problems with hernia since training
Currently @ 178lbs has a 335lbs Squat, 255 Bench, and 500 deadlift
